- 3 oz Prosecco cold
- 1 oz Club soda or sparkling water
- 1 slice Lemon for garnish
- Ice cubes as needed

Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill the glass and keep the cocktail crisp.
Pour 2 oz of chilled Limoncello over the ice.
Add 3 oz of Prosecco slowly to maintain bubbles.
Top with 1 oz of club soda or sparkling water.
Gently stir to combine — don’t overmix or you’ll lose the fizz.
Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint if using.
